Febal Casa reaches the milestone of 235 flagship stores
2024 closes with the opening of 42 new stores, 27 in Italy and 15 abroad
San Marino, Dec. 17, 2024. Febal Casa closes 2024 with the opening of 42 new stores, 27 in Italy and 15 abroad, reaching the milestone of 235 monobrand stores of which 195 are in Italy and 40 in other countries.
With the goal of reaching 300 stores by the end of 2025, the development of the brand in Italy and abroad continues in line with the multi-year strategic plan that includes consolidation in Italy and a big push in some important macro-areas, such as the United States, which is one of the most dynamic and competitive markets in the world. Investments are also being made in Europe, through the creation of a dealer network that operates in retail and can make good use of the Group’s strength in the contract market and in the Middle East area, thanks to the consolidation of partnerships with large local players and in some countries on the African continent. In detail, Febal Casa has opened two stores in Puglia, in the province of Bari, of 400 sq. m. and 160 sq. m. respectively; a store of about 250 sq. m. in the Marche region, in Pesaro; two stores in Sicily, one of 250 sq. m. in Palermo and one of 200 sq. m. in Messina; and a single-brand store of 130 sq. m. in Giaveno, in the province of Turin. Abroad, Febal Casa opened three stores in the U.S.: the 600-square-meter Flagship in Miami, Florida, a 300-square-meter store in Scottsdale, Arizona, and one Orange County, California. Four openings in Europe: a 180 sq m store in Greece in Janina, two stores in Spain, a 90 sq m store in Marbella and a 120 sq m store in Mallorca, a 200 sq m store in Baghdad, Iraq, a 180 sq m store in Al Kuwait, Kuwait, and finally a 200 sq m store in Mascate, Oman.
The layout of all new stores Febal Casa, which offer a wide range of Total Living offerings, presents the brand’s idea of home and contemporary living and is designed to enhance the various collections and give customers a unique shopping experience. Inside the stores, customers can take advantage of high-quality consulting and design services, view entire sample books and choose from a variety of customized furniture proposals. Emanuel Colombini, President of Colombini Group, emphasizes the strategic role of single-brand stores in the expansion and identity of Febal Casa. “Each of our stores is designed to be more than just a place to shop: it represents a space where customers can fully experience our vision of Design and Quality. Through curated settings and integrated furniture proposals, Febal Casa stores offer an immersive experience and engaging, reflecting in every detail the essence of our brand.” says Colombini. “The single-brand model is the cornerstone of our strategy: it combines the strength and solidity of a recognized brand with in-depth knowledge of local markets, thanks to the work of our dealers. Our store network is designed to offer a consistent and distinctive brand experience that strengthens the bond with customers and consolidates our presence in each territory,” he concludes.
“Our goal is to reach 300 single-brand stores Febal Casa by the end of 2025, a goal that represents an important milestone in the brand’s expansion both in Italy and internationally. Febal Casa stands out as a reference point for complete furnishing solutions, covering every room in the home, from the kitchen to the living room and the sleeping area. This ambitious growth plan is based on strategic investments in production, sales, technology and information systems, as well as a strong commitment to the Research and Development area.
