Febal Casa opens 14 new stores, 9 in Italy and 5 abroad, and reaches the milestone of 203 stores
In the first half of 2024, Febal Casa opened 14 new stores, 9 in Italy and 5 abroad, reaching the milestone of 203 single-brand stores of which 173 are in the country and 30 in other countries.
The multi-year store opening plan continues apace with the goal of reaching 300 stores by the end of 2025. The brand’s national and international development plan includes consolidation in Italy and a major push in some important macro-areas such as the United States and French-speaking Europe, through the creation of a dealer network that operates in retail and can make good use of the Group’s strength in the contract market, in the Middle East area, thanks to the consolidation of partnerships with large local players, and in some countries on the African continent.
In detail, Febal Casa has inaugurated a 145-square-meter store in Emilia Romagna, in Parma, on Via Emilia Ovest 69/C, a central road of high traffic; a 270-square-meter store in Lombardy, in Legnano, in the province of Milan at Piazza E. Morelli 13; and a 250-square-meter store in Liguria, in Ventimiglia in the province of Imperia, at Largo Torino 1, a high traffic area near the exit of the highway that connects Italy and France, within a special architectural structure characterized by large windows. Three new stores opened in Lazio, one of 200 sq. m. in Rome at 28 Via Pindaro, one of 395 sq. m. in Pontecorvo, in the province of Frosinone, at 31/A Via XXIV Maggio, and one of 300 sq. m. in Ladispoli, in the province of Rome, at 24/26 Via Settevene Palo. Two single-brand stores opened in the Marche region, 380 sq. m. in Passo Ripe in the province of Ancona, at 4 Via Giacomo Matteotti and 230 sq. m. in Civitanova Marche, in the province of Macerata, at 60 Via Cristoforo Colombo. In Tuscany, in Ospedaletto in the province of Pisa, opening of a 290-square-meter store at Via Scornigiana 23, a shopping area in the central area.
Abroad, Febal Casa has opened 2 stores in Europe, a 200-square-meter store in the south of France, in Balaruc Loisirs, and an 80-square-meter store in Switzerland, in Lugano; a 900-square-meter store in a major shopping center in Lebanon, in Beirut; a 200-square-meter store in downtown Cape Town, South Africa; and a 400-square-meter store in Nigeria, in Lagos.
The layout of all new Febal Casa stores, which offer a wide range of Total Living proposals, presents the brand’s idea of the home and contemporary living and is designed to enhance the various collections and give customers a unique shopping experience. Inside the stores, customers can take advantage of high-quality consulting and design services, view entire sample books, and choose from a variety of customized furniture proposals

In 2023, the Colombini Group produced a total of 320,000 rooms, more than 1,000 per day, including 12,000 kitchens, 24,000 complete living rooms, 66,000 sleeping areas, 54,000 cabinets, and 164,000 other modular furniture configurations. Production was carried out in the 3 plants in San Marino and, with reference to tables and chairs, in the Camerano plant in the province of Ancona. A total of 275,000 square meters of production area with more than 1,300 employees.
